I absolutely love living here. This place is very affordable with minimal to no problems. The leasing office has great communication and are very responsive. Maintenance comes within the day or latest 48 hours. I feel very safe and secure and valet trash is on time and consistent. The management team prioritizes our safety, concerns and the cleanliness of the complex. Im definitely blessed to be living somewhere this great when I’ve heard about a lot of apartment horror stories in Atlanta.
Have lived here for three years in an row and planning on signing again! The leasing office is great and go above and beyond with planning events and communicating things going on around the complex. Maintenance is stellar, always get to our requests super quick and are very kind! We’ve loved living here, it’s always felt like home! Highly recommend
This is by far the worst complex I have ever stayed in; there have been nothing but issues since day one, and they lie too much. Before I moved in, I was promised to have my unit inspected, cleaned, and move-in ready, but instead, I had to clean the mildew in the refrigerator and inside my bathroom. The fridge was bad, and maintenance had to come in twice before they could figure out that it needed to be replaced. The units are super old, smell old, and funny for the price they are asking for. The pictures don’t match the actual units. And I remember the apartment manager telling me that their units were renovated, which was a lie. water shut off consistently throughout the year with no notice and plumbing issues, which aren't the tenant's issues because whomever the plumber is kept breaking things and causing a lot more issues. I would not recommend anyone living here. The walls are thin, and you can hear people from above and outside as well. Furthermore, dogs bark outside, and at 8–9 am; they are blowing the leaves outside, which causes a lot of noise because the units are old with thin walls. I have been woken up in my sleep several times after working overnight, and I am sure I am not the only person who has suffered these days. As soon as you walk up to the office, you can see in their faces that you are coming in to bother them. no sense of customer service or respect. The property manager over-talks to her tenants and doesn't let you finish your sentence. The only great thing I could say is the location, not the complex or units.
Also, the gate setup is very confusing; you must wait for other vehicles to go in first before you can use your key fob to get in. Sometimes you will open the gate with your key fob and random strangers rushing to get in before you, and they do not live there. The neighborhood is sketchy; they stole a neighbor's wheels from their vehicle, even though it is a gated community. The fan in my bathroom hasn’t been working since I moved in there; I must turn the AC on for it to defrost the foggy mirror. The toilets and tubs are always stained after 3 days of cleaning up the mildew. Overall, the place is dirty and looks like we live in a forest that we pay rent for.
I lived there since March. I had to leave because of extenuating circumstances. If not for that I would have renewed my lease. The management and maintenance staff addressed any issues that I had. Especially when my AC stopped working suddenly during the summer. Mitchell, Tiffany, and the management made sure my transition in and out went smoothly. There were no issues with rent, money etc. They are proactive in their communication to let tenants know in advance about problems such as when the water will be out. There were minor issues with fruit flies, the entrance gate, and one security issue. The bathrooms could use upgrading due to soap holder peeling and moisture collecting on the floor. Overall a good experience.
I've been living at The Pointe at Lenox Park for almost three years, and I must say, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The Assistant Manager, Mitch, has always went above and beyond to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed promptly and efficiently. Not only has he resolved any issues that arose but always took initiative to follow up to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the resolution. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable, and one of the many reasons why I enjoy living here! The leasing office staff is friendly, the grounds are well-kept, and the location you cannot beat. Thank you to the entire team here at The Pointe at Lenox Park. You all are awesome!
I lived here for a year before moving to a different location in Atlanta. Here are the pros and cons: …
I’ve lived in this complex since August 2020 and truthfully this has been one of the greatest experiences of my life. From the location, apartment amenities, maintenance team, and overall environment, Ive loved it. It’s like a little oasis. …
Honest review, would be a LOT more worth it if price could match the age of apartments but you’re definitely paying for location. Just dealing with very annoying older apartment things like bathtub paint peeling, inside sink stopper …
I’ve enjoyed living here. It’s quiet with a convenient location. However, the rent increase every year is absurd. They truly do not value those who have been living here for years. When I moved in three years ago, my rent was around $1100 …
Tiffany I must say was exceptional
The way she explained everything where I didn’t even need to have any questions
Her uplifting attitude made me feel right at home …
